I would cut down on the pepper a bit, but this recipes was a hit both times I served it

Very tasty and easy to make. Pay attention to the bake time. I baked for 40 but could have taken them out earlier as they were almost too soft.

Easy and delicious! I added a touch of garlic powder and paprika. My husband thought I must have worked in the kitchen for a really long time. I had it all prepped before the oven was done pre-heating!

I originally made this for my husband cause my 2 year old daughter doesn't like roasted potatoes but she really enjoyed these and couldn't get enough!! Will make again!

My first attempt at roasted potatoes, and they came out very good. Easy to make as well.

This is the first time I have ever made oven roasted potatoes and they turned out perfect! I wouldn’t change a thing.
