A very simple and delicious recipe. I made it on the stove instead of baking and it turned out very well.

Couldn’t get my hands on black mustard and fenugreek seeds. Used mustard and fenugreek powder instead. Turned out amazing and I’m afraid there might be a fight for the left overs tomorrow

Delicious! I tweaked a few bits when it came to spices/herbs just based on what I had on hand, but super delicious nonetheless! Definitely will make again!

This was great. Gone quickly. No changes needed. I did not have hot curry so just used regular curry and added some chili pepper. If I try again may add some type of beans to it to up the protein (lentils or chickpeas)

I did not have mushrooms so made the same recipe with tofu instead.....Turned out very tasty !!!

This was so good - and easy to cook :) I added some natural tofu though as it needed more protein

This is absolutely delicious ❤️ So easy to make . My father is very old school and likes his meat but adores mushrooms. He loved this so much and didn’t notice the lack of meat. Definitely making this again
