- 1 stock cube (vegetable, pork or chicken are all fine)

- 1 large potato (peeled and cubed)
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1 leek (small, sliced, 1/2 cup/ 3.5 oz/ 100 g)
- 100 grams celeriac (cubed, 1/2 cup/ 3.5 oz/100 g)

- 1 handful celery leaves (chopped)
- 1 g rookworst (a Dutch smoked sausage or frankfurter/wiener sausages)
