    It was very hearty and delicious. Be sure to salt well and if you want something a little less spicy I used jalapeños instead of habenero. Personally, if I try this again, I may add spices to it for more flavor. Overall, it was quite tasty and perfect for a chilly day.

    Very tasty! Used fresh pinto beans which I added to the pan with the tomato mix. Added a bit more fresh spinach earlier on and actually just cooked the whole thing in a big solid frying pan, which worked just great.

    It was a huge hit with the Fam. I will cook it again for guests. ( I haven't had a guest in months).

    Turned out yummy. Pretty labor intensive. I soaked my pinto beans overnight then cooked them with my own seasonings then followed the recipe with tomato paste instead of tomato. I would say make sure you have cooked beans already because I thought I would be cooking them within the recipe, but because I didn’t it took longer.
