This was so delicious The meat was very tender snd the veggies were tender and delisious
I added a can of cream of mushroom soup when I turned the temperature down in the oven I also added the veggies then

Made in my Le Creuset Dutch oven, turned out amazing!! Also made a lovely gravy from the pan drippings!

This turned out perfect. Meat was awesome but the browned carrots were my favorite. One pot to clean and serve out of. A family hit.....
