I don't often make a meal where literally EVERYONE in the house is raving about it. That happened with this one. I can't say I crave meat and potatoes meals. Pot roast is usually kind of meh in my mind. But WOW. This felt like a restaurant quality meal, and I am anxious to make this one again as soon as is reasonably possible.
