Looks beautiful! It’s still cooling down.... but, I’ll update after we’ve tasted it! I believe 375° is too hot to pre-bake crust next time I’ll lower the temp to 350° Since the pie crust goes in the oven 3 times and just trying not to burn it was difficult I also added golden raisins that I’d soaked in brandy to make it classic Dutch Apple! I really loved the addition of the heavy cream to thicken the filling and do think that it did give it a much richer taste!
