- 1 cup milk (I used 2% milk)
- 2 cups peas (canned)
- 2 cups canned corn
- 2 whole carrots (diced)

- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 cup cooked chicken (diced, about 4-5 ounces*)
- 6 oz. refrigerated biscuits (miniature, I used Pillsbury Grands! Jr. Golden Homestyle Buttermilk Biscuits)

Overall, it was good. my toddler had seconds and thirds. Ive never been fond of pot pie and i liked it too. Definitely didnt cook in 15-18 min like the recipe says though. I cooked it for 20 min and the biscuits were still half raw. I ended up flipping them over and cooking for another 10 min. Easy to swap the veggies for whatever you prefer (we switched the corn for green beans)
