- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper (Freshly)
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. dried chives
- 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
- 3 tsp. corn starch
- 3 tsp. cold water
- mashed potatoes (Optional, But Highly Recommended)
