The amount of salt in this recipe is way to much I left it over night and cooked it the following day
The duck was inedible, really salty tasting and tough
If you look at the recipe it says 292 g of salt
When you look at the recipe on the directions it says 1 cup of salt
1 cup which is 8 oz’s
8oz x 28g = 179.2 not 292
What a waist of expensive duck
