With snall adapatations (only put marinating 15m as I forgot... Also after rendering the fat and turning the duck, I added the rest of the marinade to the pan and let it reduce while cooking the duck), it is very good. The right cooking point of the duck might be tricky, but was avle to nailed it and was tender and flavorful.
