OMG —SOOO GOOD!!! I am definitely making this one again! Didn’t even do the BBQ sauce part since my family doesn’t care for it. Did everything up to that point (including the 5 min broil at the end) and they turned out perfectly. Meat was literally falling off the bone. Served with dirty Cajun rice and pan fried Brussels sprout with onions. Love this!!
