Made with mild ancho chiles, ripe tomatillos, and your favorite lager, this Drunken Sauce makes flavorful go to sauce to serve with fish, seafood, chicken, or as a dipping sauce for a tasty appetizer. - In a saucepan, add the chilies and tomatoes. Cook until the chilies have softened.
- In a blender, add the chilies, tomatoes, garlic, and salt. Puree until smooth.
