Great, I put it in a crock pot with a pork butt roast. Amazing pulled pork, everyone loves it

This turned out great! Some reviews mentioned the sauce was thin so I used a little less beer and the consistency was perfect.

The pork chops were nice and tender but not quite the flavor that I liked. It was super easy to prepare.

Great recipe, we have used both pork chops and chicken breasts as the meat. Also experimented with different types of beer to obtain different flavors.

If you do it right it’s amazing i actually use angry orchard apple cider. If your southern and love sweet pork chops then that’s the way to go!!

Was a hit in our home. I doubled the sauce and added mushrooms to the sauce when cooking, turned out amazing!

My boyfriend raved about these pork chops! I don’t eat meat, but I saved some of the sauce for my shrimp and we both wished I’d made more to pour over the veggies and rice. We’ll absolutely be making this again.

It was wonderful! So full of flavor and the texture was so tender! It’s going on the meal plan list for keeps!

Pretty good sauce. Had to add cornstarch in mine and it still came out good! Will make again but will switch up the kind of beer.

The sauce was delicious although I was expecting it to be a little thicker. I did cover my pork chops which inhibits evaporation, so that may have been the change I needed to have a thicker sauce.

Really good flavor I had boneless pork chops from Costco and cut them in half - I think they would have benefited from cooking awhile longer to get more tender Also I did add a bit of cornstarch to the sauce at the end and it thickened nicely Kids enjoyed it so that’s always a plus!!
