- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch (mixed with 2 tbsp water)
- 2 Tbsp. liquor (cherry, can be omitted if necessary***)
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup melted butter (75g)
- 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (65g)
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup milk (+ 2 tbsp, or water)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
