I made this today. This was my first time making pulled pork, and it was AMAZING!!!! So tender and juicy! I will definitely make this again!!!

I used pineapple instead of onions, and my Pork Butt was only about 2 lbs (there was nothing better at the store), which left my slow cooker too empty, so I added more cans of Dr. Pepper. Not my best idea, all the flavour went into the liquid. I saved the liquid and I'll turn it back into sauce with a roux, though. All-in-all, the girlfriend still loved it, and that's what counts. Thank you.
