- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 chicken sausages (Gilbert's Craft Sausages Kale, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces)
- 2 onions (chopped)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 bunch kale (stems removed, coarsely chopped)
- 29 oz. diced tomatoes (with juice)
- sea salt (to taste)
- cracked black pepper (to taste)
- 38 oz. great northern beans (or Cannellini Beans, drained and rinsed)

Directions
- In a stock pot or Dutch Oven, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onions and sausages. Stir and cook until onions become translucent and aromatic.
- Add the garlic and kale to the pan and cook, stirring, until the kale wilts. Add tomatoes, salt, and pepper (to taste). Reduce the heat and simmer, covered, until the kale is tender, about 15 minutes.
