    We had thicker cut pork chops that we had to finish off in the over, but it still turned out amazing. Nice and juicy and the sauce was divine. Definitely making it again soon!

    If using pork chops, remember to cut off the fat before you coat them 😅 very tasty, not an every week recipe but a good dish when you’re feeling like something special (or as a take-out substitute lol)
