This soft, rich, and moist double chocolate zucchini bread is so delicious, you won’t believe it is healthy too!
Ingredients

4 SERVINGS
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 1 egg
- 4.4 oz. plain yogurt (siggis)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 2 cups zucchini (shredded)
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Valrhona Cocoa Powder (100%)
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- pumpkin seeds (garnish, optional)

Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350F degrees
- In a big bowl mix the first 6 ingredients to combine
- In a small bowl mix the dry ingredients and add to the liquids. Fold in the chocolate chips
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for approximately 25 mins or until forks comes out clean
