- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 3/8 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. xanthan gum (if your flour blend does not include it)
- 1/4 tsp. canela
- 1/2 cup maple syrup (137g)
- 3 Tbsp. nondairy milk (plain, unsweetened, I used soy milk)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil (warm or room temperature)
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup chocolate chips (dairy-free, 114g, I use this brand)
