    Really good! next time I would add a couple tablespoons of sour cream or yogurt to the wet ingredients as they were just a tad dry. also, this makes about 7 standard muffins, so I'll double the recipe next time to fill a tray and have larger muffin tops.

    These were great made mini loaves the first time and froze them just pop out and so slightly warm it for a quick snack.
