Ingredients

- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- chocolate chips (optional)

Directions
- Combine first 5 (dry) ingredients in medium-sized bowl and stir. Combine next 4 (wet) ingredients and stir until combined. Combine wet and dry ingredients, and mix until just combined.
- Spray a frying pan with nonstick cooking spray, then set it on the stove over medium heat. Once pan is heated, spoon roughly ¼ cup of batter into the frypan for each pancake. Sprinkle a few chocolate chips over each pancake if desired (Do it! Go for the "Chocolate Triple Crown"!). Brown on both sides, then serve topped with chocolate sauce, berries, bananas...the sky is the limit!
