Great
My only modification was to use regular size chocolate chips instead of miniature. I have made this recipe before and that time I used 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate (regular size) and 1/2 cup milk chocolate (regular size). I think these muffins are more like cake but that’s great because it helps with portion control. They freeze well so you can just take out one for breakfast, snack or to satisfy that craving for chocolate dessert.
