So delicious! Not overly sweet. Very subtle and spot on. Really enjoyed the texture. Couldn't taste the avocado at all. Biting into one of the chocolate chips was delightful and gave you exactly what you were looking for. Was simple to make. I baked for right at 18 minutes and they were perfection. Will be my go to dessert

May have been my fault, but these turned out really dry for me. I followed recipe to a T. Baked on the lower end of suggested time, 12 minutes or so. Kids politely refrained from finishing after the first bite. Froze some of the dough, so will try again. Bummer.

This makes a very moist, delicious cookie. Our kids (who love avocados anyway) couldn't tell that they were in the cookies. If you want a little healthier cookie without sacrificing flavor, this is a good place to start.

I made these cookies and love them! I added granulated sugar instead of Stevia, a little less than called for. I folded in the choc chips instead of blending, (which sounds silly). My avocado was bad, so I used banana instead, and it worked out great, no banana flavor came through. I also did not need to refrigerate the batter at all, They cooked great at 325 for 15 min. Enjoying much fewer calories in a delicious double chocolate cookie!
