- 1/2 tsp. xanthan gum
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1/3 cup vanilla rice milk (recipe calls for original, but I think you can never have enough vanilla)
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup chocolate (dairy-free, she calls for Enjoy Life chocolate bars cut up, but I think that’s crazy expensive and prefer their dainty chips instead)
