    So easy and delicious I used short grain brown rice and just cooked for longer. I also added lots of finely chopped herbs from the garden like mint, dill seeds, parsley, thyme and oregano. It is tangy and so tasty. I even ate the leaves that I used to lay on the bottom of the pan.
