- 1 andouille sausage (link)
- liver (from your turkey)
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup green pepper (diced)
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 5 leaves fresh sage (minced)
- chicken stock
- rice
- 2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 2 bay leaves
- cayenne (a pinch pf, or more depending on your need for heat)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- salt
- pepper
- 4 green onions (chopped)
