Excellent flavor .. made mine with ground venison and pork combo ... friends loved it..

Very good. My son loves rice, my daughter hates it,so I sometimes make two dinners. I have a rice cooker( Christmas present from my son last year lol) so this recipe is super easy and cheap IF you have a well rounded spice cabinet. I used hot sausage and all the seasoning. It’s sooooo good!!! No livers but I think they would be good.

The kids loved this! I used leftover rice that I added at the end (like fried rice). I omitted the liver and used 1 lb ground pork instead. We didn’t have bell peppers, so I substituted a yellow squash.
