- 1/8 tsp. dried parsley
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 oz. cream cheese (light or regular, cubed)
- 1/2 Tbsp. oil (coconut, vegetable or olive oil)
- 1/2 cup white onion (or finely chopped yellow)
- 2 cloves garlic (finely minced or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder)
- 1 cup carrots (finely diced)
- 1 cup broccoli florets (diced)
- 1 cup frozen corn kernels
- 2 cups cooked rice (or quinoa)
- 4 cups cooked chicken (see note above)
