- 1 lb lean organic Italian poultry sausage, removed from casing (lean organic Italian poultry, removed from casing)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 zucchini (med/large)
- fresh spinach
- 1 cup tomato sauce (homemade, or no sugar added jar sauce)
- 1 1/4 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- Parmesan cheese
- shredded mozzarella cheese
- ground pepper (fresh)
- fresh basil
- 4 pieces salmon (wild Alaskan, I love Sockeye from Wegmans)
- 1 lime
- coconut oil
- coconut aminos (or sub low sodium soy sauce)
- honey
- boneless chicken breasts
- coconut oil
- 2 eggs
- green onion
- 1 clove garlic
- fresh ginger
- carrots (matchstick cut)
- 2 zucchini (large)
- crushed red pepper
- 1 lime
- honey
- coconut aminos (or more to taste/ you could also sub low sodium soy sauce)
- chopped peanuts
- cilantro
