I made this today for my husband who loves ding dongs but can’t have them anymore due to the sugar content. I made this sugar free by using Lilly’s semi-sweet chocolate chips, monk fruit and Swerve powdered sugar. I used King Arthur no bleach flour and organic whipping cream, eggs, etc. Delicious! P.s. - I suggest chilling the white cream filling before putting it in between the layers to firm it up.
