I made this salmon for a dinner party, and everyone loved it. My 12 yr old not only asked for seconds, she had 3rds. The only alteration I made was adding the juice of 1/2 a lemon to the rub. I found presoaked cedar planks in the seasonal section of my grocery store. This will be a go to salmon recipe for my family, it's quick, easy, and full of flavor
