    I used cilantro instead of dill and I also added one cut green chilli. The herb rice smell, flavour and taste was fantastic! Paired it with raita (plain organic yogurt mixed with a little salt, chilli powder and finely chopped tomatoes and onions) to make it a complete meal. Will definitely make it again.
