- 1/4 cup sweet onion (finely chopped)
- 4 Tbsp. pickle juice (use less for thicker dip or more for thinner dip)
- 1 tsp. dried dill weed
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- ground black pepper (freshly, to taste)

LOVED it!!! tried it with ritz flipside crackers and it was a hit at a party we went to! (some people were using it as a dip for veggies as well) the ONLY thing I would change is leaving the added salt out.

My daughter and I are pickle fiends so I had to try this recipe. We both really liked it. I think next time I will chop the pickles a little smaller so that the dip is smoother. We served it with pretzel crisps and they held up well. Will definitely try this again.

I loved this recipe! So easy to make and simple ingredients. This was the favorite item of everyone at a party we had.
