Delicious. Definitely add more Parmesan. I put some in sauce and then sprinkled. Used dried dill cause did not have fresh. Added 1 tsp. Added OJ but could not taste that so not a necessity.

The fish was frozen and I defrosted it on the counter and then in the microwave for 3:30 min. The sauce was good, would add salt & pepper to the recipe and maybe more Parmesan cheese. Make sure your fish is patted dry.

I made this with orange roughy and it was some of the best fish I’ve ever had. My husband said it’s his top 5 dishes I make, that says it all. Easy to make, simple ingredients and perfect dinner I added a fresh green side salad with homemade dressing, our favorite dish. You can adjust ingredients to your taste or leave as is. As a past reviewer stated, I didn’t have orange juice either so I just added extra lemon juice. Two thumbs up from our house to yours!!

Great! Didn’t have oranges, so doubled the lemon juice, and came out terrific!
