My hubby isn't much of a fish lover, so I've been hunting for recipes outside the soy sauce realm for salmon. This one was a huge hit, and required seconds for everyone!

This is very good - I have been a little underwhelmed by salmon dishes lately but this restored my faith. Easy and delicious, a simple little dish that packs a powerful punch. Will make again!
