- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 btl. stout (or can of, or porter beer)
- 3 cups diced tomatoes (fresh or canned, drained)
- 1 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)

- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (your favorite, I love a combo of pepper jack & sharp cheddar)
