- 2 onions (large, chopped)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 3 mild Italian sausage
- 3 sweet Italian sausage
- 1 1/2 cups dry white wine
- salt
- 2 tsp. italian seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. fresh basil (shredded)
- 6 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 lb. penne pasta

Directions
- Heat oil in large heavy saucepan
- Add chopped onion and garlic. Cook on low heat, until onions are soft and translucent
- In a large bowl, smooth tomatoes with your hands, until broken until small bite size pieces
