i like to add spices and pickles to mine. deviled eggs are an excellent vehicle, and this recipe is the perfect base canvas

They were very good. Ive always madethem like this but i add1/2 tsp. of celery seed and a tsp. of curry powder. Everyone said hmmm whats in these?

was a great balance of flavor. instead of fork i pressed yolk through a metal mesh strainer. perfectly creamy.
