This was easy and really tasty! It was different from my other chicken recipes, a nice addition to our rotation of menus.

Great flavor! Went heavier on the cayenne.instead of chipotle. Since I was using thighs with skin on , I browned them in a skillet skin side down before placing in the casserole. Cooked at 375 for 25 min. then turned on broiler briefly to brown the breadcrumbs. These hold nicely in the event you want to serve them a few minutes delayed for buffet or dinner guests. Will make these again!
