I usually don’t do the cooking, she does, we both have elevated Cholesterol levels so I looked for a 0 Cholesterol and healthy recipe and decided to give this a try, plus I love cooking Crockpot dishes! It came out great and the combination of all the spices gave this dish a great flavor. A previous review mentioned that it wasn’t that flavorful, that reviewer needs to have her tastebuds checked! The Curry, Cinnamon and Sweet potato definitely came through very nicely! Will definitely make it again!

Eh, not very impressive. Not as flavorful as all the spices in it would lead you to believe.

Delicious! I personally needed to cook it longer than 4 hours as some items were too al dente. Otherwise, I added a little extra spice/seasoning and it’s now one of my fiancé’s favorite dishes. Of course, I’m also adding it to my return recipe book

Pretty good-double recipe and I threw in a few xtra like cauliflower I need to use.
