Delicious. I replaced half the veg stock with homemade chicken stock, used fresh tomatoes instead of canned, and used baby kale for a smoother taste. This will be in my regular soup rotation effective immediately!

i added potatoes and noodles, and substituted spinach for kale. also added 2 dried red thai chili peppers and it turned out amazing. not sure if the leftovers will last long here!

This was perfect! The next day we added pasta to the left overs and it was perfect again.

It is one of our favorites! I make it all the time. I normally make it the day before and double the recipe - its tastier the next day and health!!

So delicious! We squeezed some fresh lemon juice on the top and sprinkled with enegivita too. We will be making again :)

Loved this! I added more vegetable broth. After it looked down for a bit it was a little too thick for me. Flavor is delicious!

There is no way on Gods earth that this recipe can be 80 Calories. just the tomatoes alone give about 200 calories in one serving . but it is a yummy soup. i agree with Ms Dawson, cayenne pepper works

This was a hit. I followed all the steps and the whole family loved it. The kids even asked for seconds.

Update: Every time I make this soup I’m surprised at how good it is. I did throw in great northern beans for protein this time. I used fresh green beans and rainbow kale, and Better Than Bouillion Roasted Chicken Base to make chicken broth.
I have to say, for soup without beans, meat, or pasta, this far exceeded my expectations. I was actually able to eat this soup even though I don’t really like most of the things in it. Good job, Maven!

Great snack for a chilly day. I didn’t add the green beans and I added a dash of cayenne pepper. My mom loved it.
