Love this. I only used half a tablespoon of honey. The cinnamon all sinks to the bottom. I think I'll just simmer the water with a cinnamon stick in the future. It's delicious and I could drink it all day (ETA I won't though because that is unsafe. 2Tbs max per day is recommended.)
