- 1 head cauliflower (organic)
- 1 head broccoli (organic)
- 5 organic carrots (large)
- 1/2 cup currants (organic, I have also used raisins and unsulfered apricots)
- 1 cup sunflower seeds (soaked organic, soak in filtered water with 1 tsp sea salt for 7 hours, then drain. This removes the anti-nutrients or you can buy pre-sprouted sunflower seeds)
- 4 tsp. kelp granules (where to find)
- 1 cup parsley (organic)
- 1 Tbsp. sea salt (himalayan, where to find)
- 4 whole lemons (organic)

Better than I thought it would be and it does make an enormous amount. I used 2t salt, 1/2c lemon juice, and 1/4c olive oil. I also used roasted, salted sunflower seeds and sprinkled them on just before I ate a serving.

Surprisingly super delicious!! I made it for just myself and it makes a ton so I just juiced the lemon as I ate it! so yummy!’
