So easy to make and the taste was great. Added a can of Rotel for a little extra kick.

Delicious!! This is the second time I've made it.
I cook it differently.
I saute' the onions, add garlic, add celery and carrots on timely basis, since I use fresh, they take longer to cook. Then add the remaining ingredients (I use canned diced tomatoes) and bring to a boil, then simmer for an hour or so.. Also, depends on your heat and your pan.
I tend to alter or change recipes, this was perfect as is.

What can I say, "I like all things spicy"; so, added Cajun spices Tasty soup for a light and lovely meal

It has great flavor and is very filling for such a low calorie dish. This will definitely be a keeper as I try to have more meatless meals everyday. I added a little cayenne pepper and enjoy the kick!

Pretty good, but not my favorute cabbage soup. Next time I may try it with some purple cabbage, cinnamon, and cayenne.

It was delicious! I threw in frozen spinach at the end. My kids ate it, too! I used tomato juice instead of the tomato paste. Also I used a 12 oz. bag of shredded purple cabbage.

Great soup. Nice and light with loads of vegetables. I added more carrots and only a half of cabbage. Used fresh tomatoes and did not have tomato paste, so used some left over tomato sauce and worked well
