Massively disappointing. Did not overcook the broccoli as wanted to make sure the flavour was retained, but still this is so devoid of flavour. Waste of both the broccoli and coconut milk.
Ended up adding a stockcube in an attempt to salvage (I do not like wasting food). Still had to serve it with cheese and homemade sourdough which were the best things about the meal. Would taste better with some other flavour enhancers either some onion/garlic or a mirepoix as a soup base before adding all the other ingredients. Personally will not make again and would not recommend.
