- 1/4 cup butter (softened)
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs (beatened)
- 3/4 cup light karo syrup
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. bourbon
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 pie crust (pre-made)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream butter by hand, then gradually add in sugar followed by eggs.
- Next stir in syrup, salt, vanilla and bourbon.
- Add pecans and chocolate chips, stir well and pour into crust.
- Bake 40 - 50 minutes or until top of pie is golden brown.
