- 3 lb. white chocolate (Chocoley, coarsely chopped)
- 2 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. almond extract (pure)
- 1 tsp. butter extract
- 1 pinch fine sea salt (pulverized into powder using a mortar and pestle, optional, to help cut the sweetness of the white chocolate)
- 1 cup dark chocolate (Chocoley, coarsely chopped)
- 1 cup unsweetened flaked coconut (toasted and cooled)
- 1 cup slivered almonds (toasted and cooled)
