  • 3 pounds white chocolate (Chocoley, coarsely chopped)
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract (pure)
  • 1 teaspoon butter extract
  • 1 pinch fine sea salt (pulverized into powder using a mortar and pestle, optional, to help cut the sweetness of the white chocolate)
  • 1 cup dark chocolate (Chocoley, coarsely chopped)
  • 1 cup unsweetened flaked coconut (toasted and cooled)
  • 1 cup slivered almonds (toasted and cooled)
