Easy and delicious! My whole family loves it and it’s so nice to have it be grain free.

Great! So easy and very tasty!! I used 85/15% ground beef. Next time, I’ll try it with 80/20 beef I think it will taste even better!

super easy and quick to make. I thought they were a little dry, my husband thought they were great.

My oven was in use (baking bread) and decided to try these by cooking them in a skillet. They turned out just fine but have likely been a bit more moist if I had just baked them. Overall, so simple and good flavor, perfect for popping them in some pasta!

Such an easy recipe to make. I put all of the ingredients in a bowl, starting with the salts and herbs, then the egg (straight from the chickens in my back yard), and then the meat. I keep a box of powder-free gloves (spouse is a nurse) in the kitchen, so had them on with a little olive oil to keep the meat from sticking to them, and mixed everything up! I was only able to get 14 meatballs out of these, and that is fine with me, since i don't want them any smaller. Taste is awesome, and goes great on top of some veggie zucchini noodles and marinara!

Meatballs were good, but the consistency wasn't quite right. Overall I would make them again though

These were so good. I’m keto, so I only ate the meatballs but my 5 kids and husband had theirs with rice and they all really liked it. Some added sweet Chili sauce over it. Super easy to make and will defiantly make again

It turned out really well I added an egg to the ground turkey I used to firm a better consistency.

Juicy and flavorful! I used fattier beef which worked out great. Love the fact there’s no bread in these

Pretty good but a tad salty I’ll reduce salt if I make again. Don’t overcook or will get very dry

Good recipe modified it a little bit by adding a bigger amount of spices listed. In the original recipe and left it about 5 minutes more in the oven

Did anyone else have really salty meatballs? I don't know if its because of the meat or if it was just too much salt.

Absolutely delicious meatballs and they were truly easy to make meatballs! My boys and my husband loved them.

Great meatballs! I stuffed them with fresh mozzarella as well as added marinara sauce to the pan before baking. Would definitely make again

Great way to make meatballs!! Very easy and quick. You can substitute stuff so easily in stead of real garlic I just used powder!
